Dynisco model BP420 burst fuses, designed for plastic extrusion systems, provide reliable emergency pressure relief. This model activates at a specific set pressure and temperature, where its one-piece 304 stainless steel assembly with a welded Inconel rupture disk will rupture immediately. The disc is designed not to create cavities for product accumulation. These fuses are ideal for primary relief in rapid pressure rise applications such as polymerization reaction vessels. Each fuse is tested at its rated pressure and temperature and is marked with laser engraved markings for better visibility, supplied with a protective case.
