Product detailed description

High accuracy, simple installation, repeatability and reliability

Our pressure sensors offer an efficient, accurate and durable solution for reliable and safe pressure measurement. These sensors are used in a number of industrial areas, where they control and measure melt pressure and ensure the optimal operation of production processes. Due to their resistance to the high temperatures and pressures typical of these applications, they are a suitable choice for a variety of uses. When selecting a sensor, it is important to consider the specific requirements of your application, such as the temperature range, pressure range, and materials with which the sensor will interact. The correct selection of the sensor guarantees reliable and accurate results and a long service life of the device without problems. Installing the sensor in the mounting hole of the production line is simple.

However, if you have doubts about the correct installation, do not hesitate to contact our technicians. We are ready to provide support and offer the ideal solution for your application.

Melt pressure sensors - With rigid rod and flexible capillary

Flexible capillary pressure sensors that are a superior solution ideal for use in environments with limited space or areas with high radiant heat from heating elements on production lines. An innovative design with extended sensor electronics located outside of the radiant heat area significantly reduces the risk of sensor damage.

Our flexible capillary is designed for maximum durability and flexibility, allowing for easy sensor installation and handling in harsh environments. It is important to carefully attach the sensor head to the included adapter, which is included in the package, and ensure that it is placed on a stable part of the machine away from areas with unwanted vibrations or shocks that could negatively affect the performance of the sensor.

For this series of sensors customization is possible according to your specific needs. We offer the option of choosing the length of the fixed rod as well as the flexible capillary, as well as the option of choosing the mounting thread. In addition, the sensor can be equipped with various optional features, such as the type of sensor cartridge or special coating, to ensure maximum durability and functionality in your specific industrial environment. This flexibility allows the sensor to be fully customized to your specific requirements, ensuring optimal integration and performance in a wide range of applications.

Take advantage of the consultation with our technicians who can help you choose the right sensor configuration for your applications.
